Information We Hold

This notice explains the information associated with using this independent editorial website and contacting its operator.

Who is responsible

Palszapbambootowr Interiors Limited is the controller for personal information it receives through correspondence and website operation. Registered office: 18 South Mall, Cork, T12 RX9Y, Ireland. Company registration number: 794318. Contact: [email protected].

The local enquiry tool

The contact tool prepares text in your browser. Its JavaScript does not submit form content to a server or save that content to localStorage. Copying places the prepared text on your device’s clipboard when you request it. Downloading creates a text file on your device. You control whether that text is subsequently shared.

Your browser may retain form values through its own autofill or session features. Clipboard contents and downloaded files are governed by your device and applications. Avoid entering sensitive information, and remove local copies when you no longer need them.

If you email us

If you choose to send email, we receive the address, name, message content and any attachments or technical metadata included by your email service. We use this information to consider and respond to the enquiry, maintain relevant correspondence and handle requests or disputes. Ordinary correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating the publication and responding to readers. Compliance with a legal obligation may provide a separate basis where applicable.

Do not send detailed veterinary records, identity documents or other sensitive material unless a specific, appropriate process has been agreed. We do not need such information to discuss the website’s editorial content.

Technical information and storage

Delivering a web page requires connection information such as an IP address, requested URL, time and browser information to reach the hosting infrastructure. Hosting systems may record this information for security and operation. Such processing serves the legitimate interests of keeping the service available and investigating abuse.

The supplied site code includes no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party embeds or marketing cookies. A cookie preference selected on the Cookies page is stored locally in your browser. That preference does not include your name or enquiry content.

Recipients and international processing

Website hosting and email service providers may process technical data and correspondence as necessary to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.

Where processing involves transfers outside the European Economic Area, applicable data protection requirements must be met, including an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards where required. You may contact us for information about arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Retention and security

Correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to address its purpose, manage related follow-up and meet applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the matter; a resolved editorial question is different from an ongoing dispute. Technical records should be kept only for their operational and security purpose.

No website or email service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send information that is unnecessary for your request. We use proportionate measures to restrict access to information received, but cannot control your device, clipboard, downloads or third-party email account.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where its conditions apply. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Send requests to the contact address above. We may need proportionate information to confirm identity before disclosing personal data. You may complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission or your competent supervisory authority.
